This week I was horrified to discover that man made global warming is now part of the national curriculum here in the UK and my children are being spoon fed this nonsense as part of their education. How on Earth an unproven media scare can be classified as science amazes me.
Here are a few problems with the “theory of man made global warming” which from what I read are not in dispute:
1. Global temperatures fell between 1945 and 1975, just when the post war economic boom was creating ever more man made carbon emissions. Solar activity was lower during this period (as anyone with any common sense knows, it is the sun which ultimately drives climate change).
2. Ice core samples, going back millions of years show a higher level of carbon in the atmosphere are as a result of temperature change. Not the other way around. Al Gore didn’t feel this was important enough to mention.
3. Human CO2 production is MINISCULE compared to the natural sources.
I honestly do not understand why this farce is continuing. The theory that it is being used to stifle economic growth in the developing world is an interesting conspiracy theory. The idea that political activists have joined the ecological activists and are using ecological issues to attack governments is easily believable.
I’d love to see some SCIENTIFIC evidence that can convince me that what we are told is happening is really happening. I never will of course – there is no evidence!
Temperatures went down because of the air pollution. Less sunlight made it to the earth because it was reflected by the particles in the air…
I suppose that’s possible, but surely the air has been polluted a long way back. This is one of my major gripes with the entire man made global warming via CO2 issue. Those who believe it is happening put their fingers in their ears the moment there is any suggestion that maybe, just maybe, it isn’t actually happening. In any other area of science debate is acceptable.
completely agree. everyone i talk to knows its rubbish. just a form of control on the masses on a scale not seen since the second world war. the really worrying thing is some people actually belive it. when i pointed out that global mean temps have not changed in the last fourteen years i was met with a pathetic response along the terms of ;thats weather not climate.
Global Warming from man-made carbon has never been proof positive. Pollution from man-made carbon has been proven beyond doubt.
With regards to the worse polluters in the world. India, China, Russia, Europe, Britain, The USA and the list goes on. Strange they are all in the Northern Hemisphere. Winter 2009-2010 coldest for many years.
1939 Massive pollution in the northern hemisphere. Little or no pollution controls. 2nd world war Cities burning. Bombs and explosives. Millions of coal burning fires.2 atomic bombs in Japan. After the 2nd world war further nuclear testing. Massive re-building in the northern hemisphere. Yet with all this man made carbon. As a small child in England, In 1948 I was walking to school in July (English summertime) the winter had been so cold there was still snow drifts alongside the road.
Now I live in Australia. Small population. As a nation we produce the least man made carbon of any of the world continents. We have wind power, solar power, and The Snowy Mountains Hydro electricity. Re=cycling. Marine parks, Massive ocean coastline. The ocean alone around our coast can soak up 10 times the whole of the worlds man made carbon. Let alone our native forests and pastures. And our government and people who prolific ate the lie of Man made carbon driving global warming.
Many of the so called experts, politicians and scientists have won government and lined their pockets on the gullibility of the masses, All on this unproven and hysterical science of global warming. They will tell you, there are thousands of scientists that say Global Warming is caused by man made carbon.
What they do not tell us is that there are an equal number of scientists, climatologists and experts out there that disagree with the theory.
Of all the billions of dollars that have been spent on the so-called problem. Has not altered the worlds temperatures up or down by one thousandth of a degree or altered the world ocean levels by a centimetre. As one expert put it Climate change from man-made carbon is Bunkum.
All I can say is look to the Sun you dummies.
Consider this. If you removed every human from the planet and closed all the worlds industries and producers of man-made carbon. Would we then have global cooling or global warming? After it was there millions of years before man arrived. The ice age killed the dinosaurs; Global warming and cooling created new and adaptive species. We used to call it weather or nature. How can we humans compete with that?
One thing is for sure is with nobody around and that includes the hysterical climate cretins. At some stage the world may be a lot hotter than anyone could imagine. Or if the earth moves away from the sun would the world become another block of ice floating in the blackness of space.
Maybe the real task of governments should be to address current problems like pollution in towns and cities. Especially in Australia where the use of wood burning fires in homes is pumping out toxic deadly smoke that is affecting people’s health and in some cases literally killing people.
Yet many thousand of climate cretins (Global warming hysterics) have these wood burning fires in their homes. Federal and state governments and scientists tend to ignore the obvious danger to mankind to simply pursue the money spinning Global Warming Crap.
As they say you can fool some of the people some of the time. But not all the people all of the time…Thank goodness.
