		<description>I have to agree.  One of my competitors (v. small) has a shocking number of effusive reviews compared with what might be a natural rate. And the beasts in the contact lenses sector seem to have none at all.  It makes you wonder how Google could allow such a manipulable mechanism into their results.
I guess the only way to manage it ethically is to encourage / incentivise loyal customers to place reviews.</description>
